1. Definitions
App means the mobile application titled "Wisteria". Company, we, us, or our means Doses AI, the maker of Wisteria. You means the individual using the app.
2. Agreement
By accessing or using Wisteria, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Wisteria Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wisteria. If you are between 13 and 17, you should have a parent or legal guardian's permission to use the app.
4. AI suggestions
Wisteria's AI turns what you write into tasks and suggested plans. These are automated suggestions and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for your own schedule, deadlines, and commitments; please check anything important yourself.
5. Pricing and paid access
Any price is shown by the App Store before you pay.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and plans you put into the app. Because all of that content stays on your device, we do not have access to it, we do not claim a licence to it, and we do not analyse, copy, or use your content for any purpose, including AI training.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where an open-source licence (such as Gemma 4's Apache License 2.0) gives you that right.
- Do not circumvent any security mechanism in the app or the operating system.
- Do not use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, code, on-device AI models, and branding, is owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app.
Wisteria's AI is Gemma 4, an open model by Google, used under the Apache License 2.0.
9. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the app shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
11. Termination
You can stop using Wisteria at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
